went to ESPLANADE area...
wif Chiat, Longz, Dexter...
again 4 of us...so on!!
ahaks..we suppose to go there take pictures for HPD asgn2 lah...

after tat walk to war memorial...
like as if on tour to history places in singapore...
then to marina square to finish off the photo taking...
went back ard 6+...

CCA @ NP sports complex...
3 new member...
joined for our physical training...

warm up 2 rounds track...
stretching...
then run 5km to holland v...
we have our short circuit there...
continue 5km back to NP...
leg like jelly...sour...
tired but endure...

finished my eng. mech. asgn...4 chapters...
my HPD asgn2 stuck...
dont feel like continueing....

went to fridae prayers at al-khir...
meet my pri. sch. frens...

went to meet my ARC members at Tanah Merah...
9am in the morning...i late...ahaks...
take bus 2 to changi village...
eat my breakfast(chiken rice)..
take bumpboat..off to UBIN....
rent our bikes..$5 a day(cheap sia)
start our ARC biking(training)
hate the high slopes cnot cycle up...siao
push up...
slopes down more fun...
went for the trail track...ass hurt...
Justin fell...Anabel went off early...
Fun experince for me...thigh pain sia...
went back to singapore ard 3pm..
eat our lunch...nasi lemak, sugarcane...
take bus home wif Chiong n Roxxane...
to tampines change another bus to yishun...
they went off...
i take mrt home to yew tee...
finish of my asgn2(hpd) submitted...
