now im back to blog.
ive been busy wif arc training last whole week.
the training is fer Safra aVventura Coastal Challenge.
it was held on 9 sept 2007,sunday.

it was 1st ever to participate in adventure race.
i was very excited+nervous.
after all
i end the race wif my partner Serene Ho.
we receive our finisher medal.
yeaH!~
