fat

Ive been eating alot this days.
Until i realise ive gain back my 2kg ive lost before.
This is the list i ate:
- SWENSENS.
- BEEF STEAK.
- CHIKEN CHOP.
- McDONALD.
- KFC.
- CANADIAN PIZZA.
list goes on 7,8,9 and 10...
i have to go on diet.
to lose some weights.
excercise more.
and start gaining muscle like i alwaes wanted to.
