just going thru a short process.

i went to NUH-Blood Donation Centre.


the Nurse and also a friend
that persuade her friends to donate.
she was super excited, but she couldnt
because shes under a medication.(not excited after)


Mad.
and the needle and blood.


we have to rest,
and advice not to do,
sports and vigorous exercise for 24hrs.


but we did it.
we went to train. :)



what a special day.
